We would like to make you aware of an opportunity to engage in the Copernicus Master Challenge sponsored by Airbus.

The Copernicus Master Challenge is an international competition that awards prizes to innovative solutions, developments and ideas for business and society based on Earth observation data.
Big data produced by Earth observation holds huge potential for the creation of innovative products and services. A wide variety of industries and areas of public interest stand to profit from the advances of the Copernicus programme.

The Copernicus Masters has developed into the moving force promoting cutting-edge solutions. Annually, different prize categories tackle global challenges with revolutionary competition entries in the fields of agriculture, energy, health and digital transport – just to name a few.

Airbus Defence and Space is sponsor of this competition: Innovation department in partnership with Intelligence and Sobloo.

Open to submissions from all over the world, the 9th edition of the Copernicus Masters is looking for outstanding solutions, applications, and business concepts that use Earth observation data to solve important social and commercial challenges. Our world-class partners set participants a wide range of challenges to solve using Earth observation data.
In addition to cash prizes, the winners of the challenges receive access to our leading international network, Earth observation data, startup funding, business development packages and much more!

Airbus is a global leader in aeronautics, space and related services. The Intelligence Programme Line within Airbus is the supplier of choice for commercial satellite imagery, C2ISR systems and related services.

sobloo provides a broad access to Copernicus data, as well as complementary data collections, ranging from Earth observation commercial imagery to Mobile and IoT databases. Cloud resources and a suite of tools including APIs and services are also offered, not only to process data but also to create high-level thematic services which can be distributed on sobloo marketplace.
