The Careers in Aerospace website is brought to you by Royal Aeronautical Society, supported by ADS Group & the UK Department for Transport. The website aims to to showcase the very best that the industry has to offer in order to attract and retain the best talent now and in the future. The website is truly independent and impartial, providing a complete view of aerospace and aviation pathways and related areas, such as defence and space.

In addition, the Careers Resources section aims to help those seeking employment in the industry. Guidance includes advice on soft skills, CVs and covering letters, online application forms, interviews and assessment centres. Our Self Assessment Portal provides free aptitude tests for engineering, flying, apprentice and flight analyst roles. There are also downloadable listings featuring aerospace and aviation employers by sector, undergraduate and postgraduate courses and useful links.

The free Careers Directory aims to provide all-year round information about the huge variety of employers, training providers and outreach organisations linked to aerospace and aviation. From airlines to manufacturers, from SMEs to business aviation operators, from defence to space, from universities to flight training schools, the directory is free for any organisation wishing to create a profile to promote their career opportunities, courses, training programmes or other support such as outreach and scholarships.

The world of aerospace and aviation is diverse, exciting and offers opportunities for all. We hope you enjoy using this site and watching it grow over the coming months.
