The Careers Directory

The Royal Aeronautical Society and ADS Group are delighted to announce the relaunch of the Careers in Aerospace website, which aims to to showcase the very best that the industry has to offer in order to attract and retain the best talent now and in the future. The website is truly independent and impartial, providing a complete view of aerospace and aviation pathways and related areas, such as defence and space.
One of the most popular aspects of the website is the availability of a careers focused directory with a primary focus on career pathways. The aim is to provide a directory of all companies working in the sector under one ‘virtual roof’ and we would like to include your organisation.
The directory is open to employers and education and training providers, be they FE, HE, flight training or specialist providers, as well as not-for-profit organisations providing outreach activities related to aerospace, aviation, space and defence.
The new design is based on extensive user research conducted over the last 18 months and includes new branding, mobile compatibility and embedded social media channels.

Get involved, it’s FREE to showcase your organisation!

  • The Directory is FREE to use – whatever size organisation you are
  • Users can search key words, geographical area, specific career area and/or company capabilities
  • You can create and manage your own record, updating as business needs and career opportunities change
  • No limit on entries e.g. if you wish to include careers information and several outreach activities
  • Dedicated area for outreach and CSR activities
