Mental health is something we talk about more often now, but it is still something people personally keep to themselves.

Our work and study can affect our mental health and with current living cost issues around the world there can be some people feeling anxious about what lays ahead.

The NHS and Government have been working on a new Program that can help support people and create understanding around different types of mental health issues. For some it may mean a minor change to your life but for others Stress, anxiety and depression along with other problems can lead to physical pain and be quite debilitating.

Even if you do not suffer with your mental health it is important to understand them in case people you know are suffering.
