We are delighted to announce that exhibitor registration is now OPEN for Careers in Aerospace & Aviation LIVE 2018, the Royal Aeronautical Society’s Autumn recruitment fair.

Careers in Aerospace & Aviation LIVE brings together our strong industry partnerships and thriving network of members. The event is ideally suited for promoting career opportunities in aerospace, space, aviation, MRO and air transport operations including training and courses, apprenticeship routes, graduate employment and direct entry/experienced roles.

Visitors range from students and graduates seeking apprenticeships and graduate employment, to experienced professionals and service leavers looking to make their next career move.

This year’s event will take place once again at our prestigious headquarters in London, W1 on Friday 9 November 2018. The event features a ‘two-days-in-one’ format with two sets of visitors attending through pre-booked morning and afternoon sessions, enabling a smooth and steady visitor flow throughout the day and making best use of our beautiful venue.

The event offers three exhibition packages:

  • Premium Economy (stand only)
  • Businss Class (stand + seminar slots)
  • Club Class (headline sponsor, with bigger exhibition area, additional branding opportunities and enhanced social media presence on Society channels)

There are special early-bird rates for Premium Economy and Business Class packages booked before 31 July 2018,  and the early-bird rate for the Club Class package is available until 20 September.

Further discounts are available until 31 July if your organisation exhibited at our 2017 event.

Visitor registration

Visitor registration is also now open. The event is FREE to visitors seeking career opportunities but due to the event’s popularity pre-registration is essential. Delegate fees apply to trade visitors and recruitment agency representatives. Visitor registration is via the Royal Aeronautical Society website, click here and then the ‘Register Now’ button to choose from a morning or afternoon slot.
