James is a serial adventurer, motivational speaker and Scouting ambassador. He made aviation history by becoming the first person to fly solo around the world in an open-cockpit gyrocopter in 175 days. James overcame shyness and a serious motorcycle accident to be the first and only person to row across the Atlantic Ocean. He also successfully summited Mount Everest and cycled 18,000 miles around the world.
