Overview and opportunities

The Airline Pilot Club (APC) is a community of aspiring pilots, newly qualified pilots, flying schools and airlines. APC will break down barriers to make the world’s most exciting career accessible to a global and diverse aviation community.

We want to empower, educate, and connect you to APC Quality Assured flying schools and airlines in the industry.

APC for Users

We have created 3 profile options for aspiring pilots, pilots who are currently training and already qualified pilots.

Registration is easy and free! Once users have registered and fully completed their profile they get access to APC's Preparation Zone. The Preparation Zone includes psychometrics tests from AON and Symbiotics as well as APC E-Learning Courses.

APC for Flight Schools

There are powerful benefits for every ATO that  undergoes our quality assurance process and partners with APC.

1. APC will promote partner ATOs as high quality, safe and dependable organisations with a strong history of placing qualified students into airline employment.
2. APC will feature the partner ATO logo and branding on its website in an “Always Open” marketing space dedicated to, and managed by, the ATO. A partner ATO will be able to market itself to the APC community via this APC platform marketing facility.
3. APC will provide partner ATOs with a full cycle student management system that will allow it to process all its leads within this APC system, from initial contact to onboarding onto an ATO course.
4. APC’s community search engine will be a powerful device for filling courses and meeting client airline’s needs for a diverse pilot population.

6. Partner ATOs will be able to identify qualified instructors in their region and contact them directly to increase ATO instructor resources.
7. The APC funding scheme will, in the very near future, allow partner ATOs to attract students who have the ability, but not otherwise the means, to become airline pilots. Therefore, APC’s funding scheme will provide partner ATOs with a powerful incentive for the aspirant pilot community to use its service. This would apply to airline mentored Integrated, MPL and certain Modular training courses.
8. APC will represent partner ATOs with recruiting airlines and will support a partner ATOs in any proposal it makes to recruiting airlines.
9. APC will feature partner ATOs in member live-streams. ATOs will  be able to provide subject matter experts (SMEs) to such events who can promote their ATO and agreed technical topics.
10. APC will share and support, as requested and by agreement, partner ATOs’ social media posts.

APC for Airlines

In the first instance, airlines are welcome to create a free partnership with APC. This Freemium membership will benefit the airline in many ways.

1. APC will provide an “attract, screen and prepare” service that will simplify, and make more efficient, a recruitment campaign while delivering high quality candidates to your airline.
2. APC will feature your airline logo and branding on its website in an “Always Open” marketing space dedicated to, and controlled by, your airline.
3. From your own Dashboard, your airline will market itself to the APC community via this APC digital platform marketing facility.
4. Your airline will be able to post news and recruitment updates into your APC marketing space that will be visible to all APC members.
5. You will be able to direct message pilots who opt to follow your airline.
6. APC will feature your airline in member live-streams.
7. Your airline will be featured in regular APC newsletters that will be distributed to APC’s registered followers.
8. APC will share and support, as requested, your airline’s social media posts.
9. Being a “Freemium” partner demonstrates to aspiring and qualified pilots your commitment to developing high quality candidates for the next generation of professional pilot careers.
10. APC will promote your airline as a high-quality, progressive airline that has a strong history of employment and high standards.
