Overview and opportunities

Enginuity is a charity dedicated to finding new ways to close skills gaps in UK engineering and manufacturing. We want to enable businesses to embrace advanced manufacturing and the net-zero transition. We aim to be the go-to organisation and trusted source of information for those looking to ensure that the UK’s engineering and manufacturing sector has the right skills at the right time.

We use sector data and our expertise to develop effective strategies for closing skills gaps in the sector by:

- supporting employers in sourcing new skills

- providing insights on the most in-demand skills to inform planning processes

- connecting organisations to ensure technical education is fit for purpose and keeps pace with change.

We want to create a more productive sector at the forefront of designing, making, and maintaining the solutions to society’s greatest challenges.
