Inspiring a world of opportunity

The British Airways Inspire Team is excited to announce that the applications for their Work Experience Placements for Autumn term will be opening on our website from the 15th April to 5th May 2019.

BA are growing their global route network, investing in their fleet and transforming the experience they offer customers. Their work experience programme is an invitation to experience and be a part of what makes British Airways. From Airport Customer Service, Operations and Engineering to our Head Office placements, it all starts with people. What they do is at the very heart of our business.

The Inspire programme is designed to create the next generation of colleagues. It’s not only here to help you bridge the gap between education and the workplace, it’s also an opportunity for you to play a part in their future.

This is an exciting opportunity for any student to apply for a one week placement in Britain’s flag carrier airline. This opportunity will also give them a hands on experience in Operational as well as Head Office based roles in one of the most fast paced and varying industries.

For any budding pilots, we have also just released our Your Flying Future Flying Experience days with give students the opportunity to fly in a Light Powered or Glider Aircraft.

And, for teachers, we have launched our Teacher Take Off Days which allows Teachers to get hands on with the Aviation Industry so they can head back to the classroom and Inspire a new generation of students and show them the possibilities and opportunities in Aviation.
