Are You Interested In Working In The Aerospace Industry? Our Self Assessment Portal helps you prepare for aptitude tests

Aptitude testing is now a regular feature in recruitment for all kinds of roles. In aerospace and aviation, particularly for roles which attract a high number of applicants and/or require a complex set of skills and competences, such as spatial awareness combined with communication skills and roles such as aircraft apprenticeships and graduate engineering schemes, aptitude tests have become a common feature of many selection processes.

In association with online psychometric testing specialists cut-e, Careers in Aerospace have developed a self assessment portal. The portal allows those interested in a career in the aerospace industry to assess themselves against some of the key aptitudes competencies sought by employers.

You can try out assessments, receive e-mails and ask related questions. Assessment are available for Apprentices (Aircraft engineering & Maintenance), Graduates (Engineering) and Pilots.

Participants will benefit from exposure to examples of the types of tests they might be required to take during the recruitment process for the top aviation and aeronautical companies. Practice makes perfect so have a go and see where your strengths lie and where you may need to improve.

Our thanks to Cut-e for creating the self assessment tests specially for Careers in Aerospace and providing site visitors with the chance to see what employers are looking for in the selection process.
